 The Energy Audit is used to determine what is most appropriate for your property, from insulation to micropower. It will not involve a 'hard sell' as we feel it is important for you to be comfortable with your understanding, not under pressure from a salesman Once you have requested an appointment, one of our representatives will be in touch with you to arrange a convenient time to visit you. You can arrange an exact time and receive the name of the person visiting, so you know who to expect. Each assessment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Following the survey of the property, our representative discuss their findings. Recommendations are then made on the basis of the potential payback in terms of energy savings. In most cases, this starts with ensuring that the insulation levels are correct. Our representative would also make recommendations on the suitability of micropower technologies. If the property is suitable, a full survey is then carried out to determine structural issues to be able to prepare quote.. After the audit, you will be sent a report, then you can consider what you wish to do and come back to us in your own time. We will usually telephone you in 7-10 days to see your thoughts and answer any questions you have. Alternatively, our representative will be able to progress any requests for insulation or micropower, following the assessment, though we recommend for more expensive purchases you take the time to make a full assessment and be confident in your choice.
